Care that is measured, personal, and accountable.
Optium exists because regenerative medicine too often runs on templates and upsells. We treat the labs in front of us, explain every decision, and stay with you between visits. All over secure telehealth, so the quality of care does not depend on your zip code.
Regenerative care should be as rigorous as any other specialty.
We founded Optium in 2018 after years inside clinics where promising therapies were undermined by thin diagnostics and rushed visits. The result was inconsistent and, often, unsafe. We wanted a practice that pairs the most promising regenerative tools with real medicine: comprehensive panels, board-certified oversight, and continuity of care.
Telehealth made that possible at scale. A patient in a rural county now gets the same physician, the same labs, and the same follow-up as someone down the street from a flagship clinic. No travel, no waiting room, no compromise on the clinical work.
Three commitments behind every Optium visit.
Lab-driven, never templated
Comprehensive panels guide every recommendation. We do not dose from a worksheet, and we say no when a therapy is not appropriate.
One care team, start to finish
You keep the same physician and care coordinator, so your plan compounds on real history rather than starting over each visit.
Transparent and private
Flat membership, therapies quoted up front, and HIPAA-compliant systems. Your data is never sold or shared for marketing.
